We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Fulfilment Operative to join the Kitting/Spares Department based at Stephenson Close in Andover. This role will involve:

  • Manufacturing sub-assemblies and assemblies
  • Picking and checking components
  • Working to daily production targets to ensure efficient output

You will be part of a fast-paced warehouse and production environment, working across dedicated kitting cells and contributing to the smooth flow of operations. The position requires working 37 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45, and Friday 08:00 to 13:00. This is a permanent contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble kits and sub-assemblies in line with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Pick components and complete accurate kit checks
  • Picking and scanning of customer orders using barcode equipment
  • Work to daily targets and maintain production flow
  • Use tools and systems, including barcode labelling
  • Maintain quality standards, reporting issues and supporting improvements

Requirements:

  • Ensure adherence to company rules and procedures
  • Able to work using own initiative
  • Shows flexibility and adaptability for the role
  • Demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times
  • Previous experience in a warehouse/factory role would be an advantage
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail
