We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Technician to join Stannah, based at Watt Close, Andover. This job will involve efficiently managing user queries, IT issues, and service requests through our ITSM tool, ensuring SLA compliance, triaging requests, and keeping users updated. You will also support ongoing process improvements through analysis, automation, and knowledge sharing.

As the IT Service Technician, you will work 08:30 - 17:15 Monday - Thursday, 08:30 - 13:30 Friday on a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their IT support career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

To be successful as the IT Service Technician you would ideally have experience working within an IT environment and using an ITSM tool. IT-related qualifications would be highly desirable.

IT Service Technician Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for support requests from users across multiple locations
  • Respond to a variety of incidents and service requests, providing information and support
  • Deliver first-line investigation and diagnosis, escalating when required
  • Coordinate incident and request resolution with internal teams and third parties
  • Process service requests including Joiners/Movers/Leavers procedures
IT Service Technician Requirements:
  • Experience working within an IT environment desirable, but not essential as full training will be given
  • Strong ability to prioritise and complete tasks under pressure
  • Ability to coordinate issue resolution with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enjoying being able to support colleagues within the business
