We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Surveillance Coordinator to join the Human Resources / Health & Safety function based in Andover, Hampshire. This job will involve managing, coordinating and overseeing Stannah’s health surveillance programme, ensuring legal compliance, confidentiality, and alignment with HSE requirements. The role is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, working 24 hours a week with flexibility on how these are worked.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and wants to play a key role in promoting a positive wellbeing culture across the organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the full health surveillance programme, ensuring legal and HSE compliance.
  • Maintain registers, track progress and escalate risks to HR and H&S.
  • Schedule and manage delivery of health surveillance activities and fitness-for-work assessments.
  • Liaise with Occupational Health providers and support managers with recommendations and adjustments.
  • Identify process improvements, develop KPIs and support wellbeing-related internal campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of occupational health processes and HSE health surveillance requirements.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interpret and report data while handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
  • Experience with OH providers or in manufacturing/service environments (desirable).
