We have an exciting opportunity for a Fabricator Welder to join Stannah based at Andover. This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Thursday 21:00 to 06:45, during these hours you will receive a 33% shift allowance.

As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal using a MAG welding technique to create the finished product. Your duties will include cutting and welding materials according to technical drawings created by our Rail Design Team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Fabricator Welder looking to work in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before reaching the next stage of production.

To be successful as a Fabricator Welder, it is essential that you have previous experience in welding. Experience in reading technical drawings would be desirable.

Fabricator Welder Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret product drawings to complete jobs within specifications.
  • Deliver high-quality products while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Work flexibly within a team environment to meet business needs.
  • Ensure excellent housekeeping and compliance with safety guidelines.
Fabricator Welder Requirements:
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
  • Skilled in welding, polishing, and working with fine tolerances.
  • Experience with Oxy-Acetylene heating equipment and digital bevel gauges.
  • Strong commitment to a right first time (RFT) ethos and continuous improvement.
