Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Health Surveillance Coordinator to join the Human Resources / Health Safety function based in Andover, Hampshire. This job will involve managing, coordinating and overseeing Stannah’s health surveillance programme, ensuring legal compliance, confidentiality, and alignment with HSE requirements. As the Health Surveillance Coordinator, you will work 24 hours a week, with flexibility on how these are worked. This job is a fixed‑term contract for 6 months.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong administration experience and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and wants to play a key role in promoting a positive wellbeing culture across the organisation.
To be successful as the Health Surveillance Coordinator, it is essential that you have previous administration experience. Experience with occupational health processes and health surveillance coordination or HR within manufacturing/service environments would be desirable.
Health Surveillance Coordinator Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee the full health surveillance programme, ensuring legal and HSE compliance.
- Maintain registers, track progress and escalate risks to HR and H S.
- Schedule and manage delivery of health surveillance activities and fitness‑for‑work assessments.
- Liaise with Occupational Health providers and support managers with recommendations and adjustments.
- Identify process improvements, develop KPIs and support wellbeing‑related internal campaigns.
- Understanding of occupational health processes and HSE health surveillance requirements.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret and report data while handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
- Experience with OH providers or in manufacturing/service environments (desirable).
