Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in lift installations and a passion for delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and to budget? We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee lift installation projects from planning through to completion. You'll manage customer expectations, coordinate site activities, monitor subcontractor performance, and ensure every project is delivered to the highest safety and quality standards with zero defects. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of lift installations, construction processes, and building standards, coupled with excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30-5.15 and Friday, 8:30 – 13:30
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with company and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish.
- Conduct site inspections and project reviews, ensuring installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are met.
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, close out defects, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.

- NVQ3 Installing Lifts
- Project Management qualification
- Understanding and/or awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards
