You will lead the Field Service team to deliver the Branch Business Plan, oversee PPM performance, LOLER defect management, and improve first-time fix rates while protecting margin and safety standards.
You will manage field engineers and subcontractors, focusing on health and safety, people development, customer satisfaction and risk management.
