Stannah Group in Ilford is seeking an Out of Hours Contact Centre Team Leader to oversee a small team delivering 24/7 service across our branches. The role is 30 hours per week, outside core hours, with evening, night and weekend shifts.
You will manage attendance and performance, handle customer queries, and coordinate with field engineers to resolve issues and maintain high service standards. Bank holidays are shared on a rota basis.
