As Field Service Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of the Branch Business Plan—overseeing PPM performance, LOLER defect management, call‑out responsiveness, first‑time fix rates and overall margin contribution. You’ll manage and support our Field workforce and subcontractors, with Health and Safety, people development, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and risk management at the core of your approach. The successful candidate will be based at our Glasgow Service Branch, with travel across Scotland to be expected, so a full UK driving licence is essential. Monday -Thursday 8am till 4.45pm, Friday 8am till 3.45pm Field Service Manager Job Responsibilities: Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
