We have an exciting opportunity for a New Business Sales Advisor to join Stannah, based at Andover. This job will involve being the first point of contact for customers enquiring about Stannah stairlifts or homelifts, supporting them with empathy, professionalism and clear information.

As the New Business Sales Advisor, you will work Monday to Friday 8:30–18:00 and Saturday 9:00–17:00, training in the office, with hybrid working opportunities after a successful training period. This job is a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping customers, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a supportive, customer-focused environment.

To be successful as the New Business Sales Advisor, it is essential that you have strong communication skills and a caring, helpful approach to customer conversations. Experience in customer service, sales support or handling sensitive enquiries would be desirable.

New Business Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and web forms
  • Conducting detailed fact-finding to understand customer needs
  • Advising whether Stannah can help and booking appointments for Sales Consultants
  • Capturing accurate information within internal systems
  • Liaising with Sales Consultants and managing their appointment diaries efficiently
  • Sending brochures and following up on customer enquiries to convert to appointments
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with enquiring customers to maximise conversions

New Business Sales Advisor Requirements:

  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathetic, caring approach to customer conversations and sales
  • Strong listening skills and a desire to help customers find the right solution
