Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join the Order Fulfilment Department, based at Stephenson Close, Andover. This role involves picking and scanning customer orders and contracts using manual picking methods and barcode equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times within a warehouse environment.
Working hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 11:15 – 19:30 and Friday 8:30 – 15:00. Permanent contract. This is an opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced warehouse operation while contributing to continuous improvement and quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Loading and unloading of lorries using forklift.
- Working in line with Standard Operating Procedures and daily targets.
- Checking in crates and straight rails.
- Adhering to health, safety and environmental standards at all times.
- Using barcode equipment to receive and dispatch orders.
- Previous warehouse experience (desirable).
- Forklift licence.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
