Technical Sales Consultant
We have an exciting career opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join the Stannah Maintenance and Repair Division at our Dartford Service Branch. The Technical Sales Consultant is responsible for providing quotations and securing orders for minor repair opportunities within our client base.
We are looking for an individual with previous lift experience and sales or business development experience within a busy office environment, who is target‑driven and understands customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to build and develop relationships, and be comfortable interacting across all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure sales opportunities by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
- Manage a strong sales pipeline to meet targets, ensuring accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and follow‑ups for minor repair work.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities, including leads, quotations, meeting notes, and outcomes, using tools like Excel.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
- Promote safety, quality, and the Stannah brand while demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and occasional travel within the service area.
Qualifications
- GCSE English Grade C or above required.
- Lift experience preferred.
- Proven sales experience.
