Today, Stannah is a global business known for our stairlifts, lifts, escalators, and homelifts, as well as maintenance and repair services.

Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Stannah Live Advisor to join the Sales Support team based at our Audenshaw depot. This role involves supporting our sales channels through telephone, webchat, and live online demonstrations of our product range and functionality. You will assist customers throughout their decision-making process, both pre- and post-appointment, by promoting the benefits of our world-class Stairlifts and Homelifts.

This position is full-time and permanent, with working hours from 8:30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, and a salary of £27,000. This is a great opportunity for a confident, technically minded, and customer-focused individual who enjoys engaging with customers and adding value at every stage of the customer journey.

To be successful as a Stannah Live Advisor, it is essential to have previous experience in a customer-facing sales or sales support role. Experience in telephone sales, webchat support, live demonstrations, or working with technical products would be desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on-demand and pre-booked telephone, webchat, and live video demonstrations of products in line with customer and business needs.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product range, competitor products, and pricing to effectively promote suitable solutions.
  • Assess client needs using effective questioning techniques and support customers through the sales process.
  • Contribute positively to team objectives, training sessions, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Achieve KPIs and targets set by Sales Management while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing sales, telesales, or sales support role.
  • Strong communication skills across telephone, webchat, and video platforms.
  • Good technical aptitude with the ability to confidently demonstrate product features.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work towards KPIs.
  • Professional, personable, and customer-focused approach.
