Our range of products includes lifts, escalators, and homelifts, and we also provide maintenance and repair services.
Join our Maintenance and Repair division and cover a route across the Ringwood service branch. This apprenticeship offers a starting salary of £17,164, reviewed regularly based on performance, and a benefits package including profit‑share bonus, Simply Health, 25 days holiday, matched contribution pension scheme, shop discounts and more.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 16:45; Friday 8:00 – 15:45.
Responsibilities:
- Shadow qualified Engineers assisting with the servicing and repair of lifts.
- Attend distance‑learning courses and complete coursework on time and to a high standard.
- Attend training and mentoring sessions, both in person and online.
- Participate in at least 20% off‑the‑job training.
- Demonstrate the aptitude and behaviours of a future Stannah Lift Engineer.
Training and Development:
- Duration of 40 months.
- Practical, mentoring and structured learning at our training centre.
- Achievement of a qualification in Lift Engineering.
Qualifications:
- Achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade 4 – 9 (A–C) passes in Maths and English.
- Have a keen interest in engineering or practical experience working in a related role.
- Have a valid driving licence or working towards one.
