Order Fulfilment Operative – Andover, Stannah – Join Our Team! The role is based at Stephenson Close and involves picking and scanning customer orders, using manual picking methods and barcode equipment, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency within a warehouse environment. The position is 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 11:15 – 19:30 and Friday 8:30 – 15:00, on a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading of lorries using forklift.
  • Working in line with Standard Operating Procedures and daily targets.
  • Checking in crates and straight rails.
  • Adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental standards at all times.
  • Using barcode equipment to receive and dispatch orders.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience (desirable).
  • Forklift licence.
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
