Technical Sales Consultant (Minor repairs) – Glasgow Service Branch. The role involves providing quotations and securing orders for minor repair opportunities within the client base.
Working hours
Monday to Thursday – 09:00 – 17:15 and Friday – 09:00 – 16:45.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure sales opportunities by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
- Manage a strong sales pipeline to meet targets, ensuring accurate and timely quotes, proposals and follow‑ups for minor repair work.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities, including leads, quotations, meeting notes and outcomes, using tools such as Excel.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
- Promote safety, quality and the Stannah brand, while demonstrating flexibility, professionalism and occasional travel within the service area.
Qualifications
- GCSE English Grade C or above.
- Lift experience preferable.
- Proven sales experience.
