Stannah is looking to recruit ambitious Apprentice Lift Engineers to join our Maintenance and Repair division. You will cover a route across Brackley and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn and continue your education. You will receive a starting salary of £17,679, reviewed regularly based on performance. Working Hours

Monday – Thursday 8:00 to 16:45 and Friday 8:00 to 15:45

Responsibilities

  • Shadow qualified Engineers assisting with servicing and repair of lifts.
  • Attend distance learning courses and complete coursework on time and to a high standard.
  • Attend training and mentoring sessions, both in person and online.
  • Participate in at least 20% off‑job training.
  • Demonstrate the aptitude and behaviours of a future Stannah Lift Engineer.

Training and Development

Duration of 40 months. A mix of practical, mentoring and structured learning at our training centre. You will achieve a qualification in Lift Engineering.

Qualifications

  • Achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade 4 (A‑C) passes in Maths and English.
  • Have a keen interest in engineering or practical experience working in a related role.
  • Hold a valid driving licence or be working towards one.
