Job Description

Stannah invites applications for a Sales Consultant in the Sales Department, working across homes throughout Birmingham and the surrounding areas. The role involves professionally representing Stannah during home visits, understanding customer needs, surveying locations, and delivering safe, tailored stairlift and home‑lift solutions. It is offered on a permanent contract, Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week, with flexibility required to meet customer needs. Successful candidates will achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer care, safety, and professionalism. This position offers uncapped commission and the opportunity to work independently while representing a market‑leading brand.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve forecast sales targets, including sales volume, discounts, and conversion ratios.
  • Conduct accurate surveys and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Develop strong product knowledge, including competitor offerings.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and safety.
  • Respond to customer requests and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in sales.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel and cover different territories.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Salary & Commission

Salary £26,780 basic with uncapped commission. On‑target earnings £70,000.
