Job Description
Operate a tube laser cutting machine, set and cut vital components, and support production across all areas of the business. Work 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 07:00 to 16:45, on a permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set the tube laser cutting machine to meet production requirements.
- Work independently to complete tasks to required standards and timescales.
- Carry out quality checks and record results electronically.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specification sheets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Competence in using hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to business needs.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a hands‑on environment is desirable; experience with machinery, hand tools, or reading engineering drawings is an advantage.
