We're looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering an accurate, compliant, and employee-focused payroll service across the Group. We're looking for a payroll professional with strong end-to-end payroll experience, an excellent understanding of UK payroll legislation, and strong Excel skills. You'll be confident analysing large volumes of data, spotting trends and exceptions, and using insight to support decision-making and continuous improvement. If you're proactive, highly organised, and passionate about developing both people and processes, we'd love to hear from you.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:15 and Friday 08:30 - 13:30.

  • Ensure payroll activities comply with legislation, policies, and controls.
  • Build strong relationships with payroll providers and key stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements, reporting, and payroll system enhancements.
