We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Technician to join Stannah, based at Watt Close, Andover. This job will involve efficiently managing user queries, IT issues, and service requests through our ITSM tool, ensuring SLA compliance, triaging requests, and keeping users updated. You will also support ongoing process improvements through analysis, automation, and knowledge sharing. As the IT Service Technician, you will work 08:30 - 17:15 Monday - Thursday, 08:30 - 13:30 Friday on a permanent contract. To be successful as the IT Service Technician you should have experience working within an IT environment and using an ITSM tool.
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for support requests from users across multiple locations
- Respond to a variety of incidents and service requests, providing information and support
- Deliver first-line investigation and diagnosis, escalating when required
- Coordinate incident and request resolution with internal teams and third parties
- Process service requests including Joiners/Movers/Leavers procedures
- Strong ability to prioritise and complete tasks under pressure
- Ability to coordinate issue resolution with multiple stakeholders
- Hold a full valid UK Driving Licence
- Flexible to travel to UK and Subsidiaries as requested, sometimes at short notice
