Health Surveillance Coordinator
Stannah invites you to join our Human Resources / Health & Safety function in Andover, Hampshire as a Health Surveillance Coordinator. This fixed‑term, 6‑month contract involves working 24 hours a week with flexible hours.
The role focuses on managing, coordinating, and overseeing Stannah’s health surveillance programme. You will ensure legal compliance, maintain confidentiality, and align activities with HSE regulations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the full health surveillance programme, ensuring legal and HSE compliance.
- Maintain registers, track progress, and, when necessary, raise risks to HR and H&S.
- Schedule and manage delivery of health surveillance activities and fitness‑for‑work assessments.
- Liaise with occupational health providers and support managers with recommendations and adjustments.
- Identify process improvements, develop KPIs and support wellbeing‑related internal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Understanding of occupational health processes and HSE health surveillance requirements.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret and report data while handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
- Experience with occupational health providers or in manufacturing/service environments (desirable).
