The company was founded in 1867 and today remains in its fifth generation of family management.
The Cell Coordinator role is a permanent contract, based at Stephenson Close, Andover. You will support stairlift manufacturing by leading a small team of operatives, organising overtime as needed and ensuring team output meets quality and delivery targets. The position works Monday to Thursday from 11:15 am to 19:30 pm, and Friday from 08:30 am to 15:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily workload and prioritise team tasks
- Maintain output to meet OTIF targets
- Coordinate overtime, admin, and shift reporting
- Drive quality, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and support a multi‑skilled team, helping performance improvement
- Competence in FLT operating
- Proven experience coordinating a small to medium‑sized team
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety principles and procedures
- Strong character with the ability to drive and motivate a team
- Positive, can‑do attitude with determination to move the cell forward
- FLT licence
