Stanmore College is seeking a dedicated SEND and Inclusive Learning practitioner to deliver high-quality teaching across Foundation Learning programmes for learners with high needs, supporting both academic progress and personal development.

You will collaborate with Learning Support Assistants, therapists, families and external professionals to provide a coordinated learner support approach, act as a personal tutor, monitor progress and contribute to annual reviews.
