You will translate strategy into consistent classroom practice, coaching staff and curriculum teams to improve teaching, learner engagement, progress and outcomes.
Reporting to the Director, you will lead Teaching & Learning Coaches, deliver high-quality CPD and use evidence-informed practice to drive improvement.
