We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Enrichment Officer to enhance student life through sport, wellbeing, and inclusive enrichment activities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with young people and creating positive, engaging experiences beyond the classroom.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver a varied programme of enrichment and wellbeing activities.
  • Lead and support sports and recreational sessions for learners of all abilities.
  • Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and inclusion across campus.
  • Organise and supervise enrichment events and activities.
  • Maintain safe, welcoming recreational spaces and ensure health & safety compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with pastoral and curriculum teams to support students' personal development.
