This senior role offers the opportunity to shape a high-quality, innovative sports provision that delivers excellent outcomes for learners and aligns provision with the needs of employers, supporting opportunity across the wider community.
The Role
You will provide strategic leadership across Cross College Sports, setting a clear vision and direction for a high-quality and innovative sports provision. You will work collaboratively with senior leaders, staff, and external partners to ensure strong learner outcomes and meaningful progression.
