Play a key role in shaping the student admissions experience. First impressions matter. In this role, you will help deliver a high-quality, student-focused admissions and enquiries service, supporting learners from their first interaction with the College through to enrolment. As a key point of contact, you will provide clear guidance, manage enquiries efficiently, and ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all.
Working across Reception, Admissions, MIS, and Student Finance functions, you will play an important role in ensuring processes run smoothly and that students are supported at every stage of their journey.
The Role
- Act as a first point of contact for students, visitors, and stakeholders, delivering a professional and welcoming service.
- Manage enquiries via phone, email, and internal systems, providing accurate information and directing queries appropriately.
- Support the admissions and enrolment process, ensuring applications and student records are accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with curriculum and support teams to ensure a coordinated and student-focused approach.
- Assist with MIS and data administration, including updating student information and responding to staff queries.
- Support bursary and student finance processes, including applications, payments, and learner communication.
- Provide general administrative support, maintaining high standards of organisation, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Contribute to events such as open days, enrolment, and recruitment activities.
