This is more than a teaching role. It is an opportunity to share your experience, shape futures and help learners take their first steps towards rewarding careers in Health & Social Care.

You will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that connect theory with real-world practice.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
  • Develop teaching materials and resources that meet learners’ needs and support inclusive learning.
  • Maintain high standards in teaching, learning and assessment, contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement.
  • Support students’ academic, personal and professional development, preparing them for further study, apprenticeships and employment.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or a health and social care professional looking to move into education, you'll have the enthusiasm and commitment to make a difference. If you're new to teaching, we'll support you to gain a teaching qualification.
