The Role
- You will lead the College football programme, overseeing coaching delivery, fixtures, recruitment, and the day‑to‑day organisation of football activities across Stanmore College and Bannister Sports Stadium.
- Lead and manage the College football programme, including training, fixtures, competitions, and player development.
- Deliver high-quality coaching sessions that support both individual and team performance.
- Organise matchday operations, scheduling, equipment, venues, and football administration.
- Support student progress and engagement, working closely with tutors and College staff.
- Contribute to recruitment, taster events, marketing activities, and the continued growth of the football provision.
- Build positive relationships with students, schools, clubs, and external partners to strengthen participation and progression opportunities.
