We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to be our Director of Marketing & Communications The Director of Marketing & Communications role at Stanmore College is a key leadership position that presents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the enhancement of our college\’s reputation, increased student recruitment and stronger relationships with key stakeholders, particularly schools and local businesses. As an experienced and results-driven marketing and communication professional, you will lead, mentor and inspire a talented team to shape a collaborative, innovative and high-performing working environment. You will drive compelling strategic marketing initiatives and develop effective communication strategies to promote our mission and values, showcase our achievements for optimal impact, and contribute to creating an environment where staff and learners prosper, progress and accomplish their personal goals. Job Summary * To proactively seek and maximise promotional and engagement opportunities for the college which meets ambitious growth targets and builds a positive reputation. * Lead the delivery of key marketing and communication assets including stakeholder newsletters, the corporate plan, the prospectus, social media messages and the website. * Lead student, stakeholder and corporate events including open days and graduation. Salary: Circa Β£55,000 – Β£60,000 per annum Closing date: Monday, 4th August 2025 12pm Interview date: Friday, 15th August 2025
