We collaborate with a global personal development and leadership education organisation delivering premium online learning programmes and live virtual events. We are seeking an experienced professional to connect with individuals exploring personal and professional development opportunities. Using established digital systems, guided communication tools and a structured discovery process, you will hold professional conversations, understand individual goals and introduce suitable education programmes and learning pathways. This is a remote, independently managed contractor role. It may particularly appeal to experienced leaders, consultants and business owners who value professional autonomy, meaningful conversations and performance-based work.

The role

  • Connect with individuals who have expressed an interest in personal or professional development
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations by phone or video
  • Understand each individual’s goals, priorities and level of suitability
  • Explain relevant online education programmes, products and live virtual events clearly and professionally
  • Support suitable individuals through the established programme discovery and enrolment process
  • Manage appointments, follow-up communication and contact records through digital diary and CRM systems
  • Participate in structured onboarding, ongoing development and regular training
  • Operate within established communication standards, systems and professional guidelines

What the role offers

  • Fully remote working arrangements
  • Flexibility to organise your own independent work schedule
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing professional development
  • Established systems, digital tools and guided support
  • A relationship-led approach without cold calling or high-pressure tactics
  • Access to a portfolio of premium personal development and leadership education programmes and virtual events

Professional background

This opportunity may suit professionals who have held responsibility for leading a department, business function, division, consultancy or established enterprise. Relevant backgrounds may include:

  • Department heads, functional leaders and divisional managers
  • Directors, senior managers and experienced team leaders
  • Founders, established business owners and independent consultants
  • Professionals from business development, consultative sales, recruitment, education, coaching, client advisory or professional services
  • Individuals experienced in building relationships, guiding decisions and communicating complex information clearly

You will ideally be:

  • A confident and considered communicator
  • Comfortable conducting professional conversations through phone, Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Experienced with diary management, follow-up processes and CRM systems
  • Self-directed, organised and accountable for your own activity
  • Able to commit consistent time and focused effort to achieving measurable outcomes

This may not be suitable if

  • You are seeking a traditional employee position with a fixed salary or hourly wage
  • You prefer closely supervised work with assigned daily tasks
  • You are looking for passive income or a fully automated arrangement
  • You are uncomfortable conducting conversations, following up or discussing programme options
  • You require employer-sponsored UK work authorisation
  • You are currently studying full time and cannot commit consistent professional hours

Contractor arrangement and remuneration

This is an independent contractor opportunity and not a salaried employment position. There is no fixed salary or hourly wage. Remuneration is variable and performance-based, with payments linked to completed programme enrolments under the organisation’s established compensation structure. Contractors manage their own working schedule, expenses and applicable tax obligations.

Application process

Selected applicants will be contacted by phone, email or text for an initial conversation about their experience, expectations and suitability for the contractor arrangement. Please apply only after reviewing the independent contractor and performance-based remuneration information above.
