If you have experience supporting wellbeing, coaching, learning or client outcomes and are ready for a more flexible professional direction, this may suit you. We collaborate with an established personal development organisation delivering premium online programs and live virtual events. Using structured systems and guided tools, you will introduce individuals to personal development programs and support them to achieve meaningful personal and professional outcomes. This is a performance oriented consulting role with defined targets and outcome based remuneration.

Tasks

  • Introduce personal development strategies and mindset tools that create real change
  • Run scheduled discovery conversations by phone, Zoom, or Teams with guided scripts
  • Evaluate prospects, establish next steps, and track progress in the CRM
  • Work independently while drawing on resources and ongoing support
  • Apply organisation, planning, and communication to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Contribute to a values-driven environment that rewards responsibility and collaboration
