About the role: We are looking for an experienced Administrator (Client Care Coordinator) to join our busy and collaborative Litigation team in Cambridge. This role is ideal for someone who can bring a strong organisational ability to support a wide range of legal and operational activities. In this varied position, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the team by providing high-quality administrative support. You will work closely with internal legal advisers, clients, and colleagues across the wider business.
What this role would include:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team.
- Assist with document control, scheduling, file management, and general office coordination.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Support process improvement and contribute to developing team capability.
- Adapt to changing priorities whilst maintaining excellent customer care.
