We are looking to recruit an number of enthusiastic candidates for our client, who is looking for reliable Production Operatives. Vancancies arise with short notice, this is on a temporary basis, but may be longer term for suitable candidates. Starting off on £11.44 increasing to £12.60 after 12 weeks. Strict dress and hygiene regulations relate to this role, therefore, you will be invited to our office to complete pre employement selection. Working hours – Monday – Thursday 5pm – 10pm. Own Safety boots needed all other PPE will be provided. Duties: – Ensure the production schedules and targets are met. – Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality, Right 1st time product inspection and packing. – Responsible for the inspection and final packing of the lines daily production. – Operate all production line machinery in a safe and efficient manner. – Maintain GMP standards, policies and practices as defined in the standard Operating procedures. – Record all component information when used on relevant forms. Skills: – Similar previous experience. – Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions -Flexible – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members For the purpose of the Conduct Regulations 2003, when advertising permanent vacancies we are acting as an Employment Agency, and when advertising temporary/contract vacancies we are acting as an Employment Business
