Commercial Director in Watford

Their already impressive growth has been supercharged by significant recent investment and their ambition is to double the size of their business in the next 5 years. At the core of this will be global expansion, particularly into the US market. As a newly created role, the Commercial Director will play an integral part in achieving this.

This role will address exciting challenges such as;

• Define and deliver an ambitious global strategy
• Drive revenue growth within the UK market and internationally
• Play a critical role in proposition and product innovation from concept through to execution
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, with sensitivity to the cultural requirements of each market.

Our client is looking for an inspirational leader who can combine high-level strategic thinking with hands on operational execution. Someone who can make things happen, with dynamism and drive, who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial, rapidly changing environment.

The package for this role is up to £150k plus bonus and LTIP but the real attraction is the scale of the growth opportunity and long term career development.
