Our client is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, market leading retailer, with a turnover in excess of £350 million, who has delivered consistent growth over the last decade. They are recruiting a Head of Marketing Strategy, who will be responsible for building the organisations marketing plan, owning the budget, driving performance visibility and creating workflows to enable the marketing team to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
The ability to build relationships with multiple functions and a diverse range of stakeholders up to Exec level will be critical to the success of this role. The organisation is a fast paced, 'always on' trading environment with significant seasonal peaks throughout the year, so this position plays a fundamental role in linking the strategy with execution and delivery.
