Our client is a pioneering, highly ethical, omnichannel retailer who are the UK market leader in their sector. Their culture is meritocratic, inclusive, fast paced and highly autonomous. Their already impressive growth has been supercharged by significant recent investment and their ambition is to double the size of their business in the next 5 years. At the core of this will be global expansion, particularly into the US market.
As a newly created role, the Commercial Director will play an integral part in achieving this. This role will address exciting challenges such as:
- Define and deliver an ambitious global strategy
- Drive revenue growth within the UK market and internationally
- Play a critical role in proposition and product innovation from concept through to execution
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, with sensitivity to the cultural requirements of each market.
