Our client operates over 75 sites throughout the UK and is backed by a hugely successful, global private equity firm. They have an exciting and ambitious growth strategy which will see them expand their portfolio and customer base over the next five years.

The culture within the organisation is fast-paced, non-corporate and fun, with huge autonomy and the ability to make an immediate impact. We are supporting them to appoint the critical role of Head of Operations, which is the number one operator within the business, reporting to the COO.

This role will lead the operational and financial management of their UK wide portfolio and over £250 million revenue. It will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high performing, customer facing team of Regional Managers and the entire ops structure.

Whilst the organisation is driven, commercial and a challenging (for the right reasons) place to work, there is a genuine work life balance, which is shown by the fact there is minimal weekend working in this role. While their new Head Office is in Central London, there is no need for a weekly presence as the properties are geographically dispersed. It is not a micro-management culture and your value will be being out in the business, inspiring teams.
