Head of Compliance

To support their continued expansion plans they are looking to recruit a Head of Compliance & DPO who will work extremely closely with the Exec providing strategic advice to the business. This is the number one role in the organisation so requires Board level gravitas. This role will suit an exceptional communicator who loves building enduring relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders, rather than working in a silo. You will be a business enabler, finding solutions to challenges while working within a clear framework.

Key accountabilities of the role include;

1. Oversee regulatory compliance, including delivery of training across the business.
2. Provide strategic support to the exec in matters relating to governance.
3. Be the DPO ensuring the business is compliant

The seniority of this role means that our client is offering a significant six figure salary plus bonus.

The business operates a hybrid working model, their brand new Head Office is based in Hereford and would require you to be onsite a minimum of 2 days per week.
