Stanley House Hotel & Spa is a stunning, award-winning, boutique country hotel, set in 54 acres of Ribble Valley countryside in Mellor, Lancashire. With 30 first-class bedrooms, unrivalled wedding and conference facilities, the hugely popular Fred’s Brasserie and a world-class spa, Stanley House is truly a hotel like no other. We're looking for a friendly and professional Spa Attendant to join our spa team and help create exceptional experiences for our guests. This is a guest-focused role where you'll help maintain the spa environment, support guests throughout their visit and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and service are consistently delivered. What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests and support them throughout their spa experience
- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming spa environment
- Prepare and present spa facilities, treatment areas and relaxation spaces to a high standard
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa
- Replenish guest amenities, towels and supplies as required
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently
- Assist with bookings, guest arrivals and general spa administration where required
- Support Spa Therapists and the wider spa team as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene and company standards
- Help create memorable and relaxing experiences for every guest
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, spa or customer service is desirable but not essential
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Friendly, professional and approachable manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive, proactive and guest-focused attitude
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays
