What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a section during service (restaurant & events)
  • Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
  • Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation, and safety
  • Working closely with front of house to deliver great guest experiences
