Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support: Partner with executive leadership to drive key projects and ensure organizational alignment with business goals. Coaching Excellence: Deliver executive coaching to senior leaders and cultivate a culture of high performance and development. Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes, implement best practices, and enhance operational effectiveness across divisions. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, internal teams, and external partners. Project Management: Oversee strategic initiatives, track progress, and ensure timely execution of critical business projects. Team Development: Mentor and support senior staff, facilitating leadership growth and organizational capability. Innovation: Integrate emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance coaching and business operations.
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of senior management or Chief of Staff experience in executive coaching, consulting, or related fields.
- Proven ability to support executive teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in fast‑paced environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and stakeholder management.
- Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and operational acumen.
- Experience with innovation, business transformation, or technology integration (AI experience advantageous).
- Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
