With 30 first‑class bedrooms, unrivalled wedding and conference facilities, the hugely popular Fred’s Brasserie and a world‑class spa, Stanley House is truly a hotel like no other.
We're looking for a passionate and motivated Spa Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day operation of our spa, helping to create exceptional experiences for every guest. This is a hands‑on role where you'll support the spa team, maintain high standards across the facility and help ensure guests enjoy a welcoming, relaxing and memorable visit. What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the day‑to‑day operation of the spa and wellness facilities
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Assist with supervising and supporting spa team members during shifts
- Help maintain high standards across treatments, facilities and guest areas
- Welcome guests, respond to enquiries and support the guest journey throughout their visit
- Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members
- Support the promotion of spa services, treatments and retail products
- Monitor guest feedback and help implement improvements where required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, company and spa standards
- Help create a positive and engaging environment for guests and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness, leisure or hospitality role
- Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to support and motivate others
- Good organisational and problem‑solving abilities
- Professional, positive and guest‑focused approach
- Flexible and willing to support different areas of the spa operation
