Leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a commercially minded and people-focused General Manager to lead one of our hotels. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is an opportunity for a hotel leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while improving overall business performance.

About You

  • Previous senior hotel leadership experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager or Operations Manager within a quality hotel environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience driving revenue growth and business performance.
  • Significant Food & Beverage, banqueting and Spa experience.
  • Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
  • A track record of developing, coaching and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety and compliance requirements.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with owners, colleagues, guests and the local community.
  • A hands‑on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
