Join Our Team
We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Over 18 as some bar work is required.
This is a guest-facing role where you'll deliver attentive service, support the smooth running of the restaurant and help ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service within the restaurant
- Welcome guests and help create a positive dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in line with company standards
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, promotions and available products
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and promptly
- Prepare and maintain restaurant areas to a high standard
- Process payments and transactions accurately
- Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality, restaurant or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Friendly, confident and professional approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and presentation
- Positive and team-focused attitude
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
