Set in 54 acres of Ribble Valley countryside, our award-winning hotel is home to Fred’s Brasserie, premium events, and a fast-paced, high-quality food operation, and we’re looking for a Chef de Partie ready to step up.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading a section during service (restaurant & events)
  • Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
  • Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation, and safety
  • Working closely with front of house to deliver great guest experiences
