Set in 54 acres of Ribble Valley countryside, our award‑winning hotel is home to Fred’s Brasserie, premium events, and a fast‑paced, high-quality food operation, and we’re looking for a Chef de Partie ready to step up.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a section during service (restaurant & events)
- Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
- Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation, and safety
- Working closely with front of house to deliver great guest experiences
