At Stanley House Hotel & Spa, we’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team, drive standards, and shape our food offering. This is more than a support role; you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, working closely with the Executive Head Chef.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen day-to-day
  • Leading service and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
  • Coaching and developing the team
  • Managing food safety, compliance, and standards
  • Contributing to menu development and innovation
