At Stanley House Hotel & Spa, we’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team, drive standards, and shape our food offering.

This is more than a support role, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, working closely with the Executive Head Chef.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen day-to-day
